50ml Babička Vodka
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce of simple syrup
1 ounce fresh pink or white
grapefruit juice
2 ounces gin
2-3 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Club soda
Shake over ice and pour in highball glass with ice. Top with soda and garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
